Private Lesson Cancellations:
When you schedule a lesson, you are reserving that slot of your instructor’s time and studio space. We understand things come up, but we need at least 24 hours to attempt to fill your slot (think of this like buying a ticket for that lesson time. To cancel a lesson without being charged for the lesson, you must notify us at least 24 hours before your lesson starts (For example, if your scheduled lesson starts at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, you must call or email us before 8 p.m. on Tuesday). If you must cancel within the 24-hour period, you will be charged for the lesson in full. Please note that we do not make exceptions to this policy. Progressive Group Course Cancellations:
We strive to provide our customers with high-quality dance courses and exceptional customer service. Due to the limited availability of spots in our dance courses, all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued once the registration has been confirmed. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to scheduling conflicts, illness, injury, or changes in personal circumstances. In the event that a student is unable to attend the course, they may transfer their registration to another individual who is eligible to participate in the same course. All transfer requests must be approved by the instructor(s).
However, after you attend the first class, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us before the second class. We will work with you to resolve the issue to the best of our ability. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit or other remedies to ensure your satisfaction. In the event that the instructor has to cancel a class, a make up class will be scheduled or partial refund will be offered. Thank you for choosing The Salsa Beat. Refunds:
All of our lessons, group classes and packages of lessons are nonrefundable.
Gift Certificates:
Gift Certificates worth $10 or more are non-refundable. You may, however, apply the value of the gift certificate to any of our offered services including our online offerings.
Your membership with us is effective until terminated by you or us. For details on how to cancel your membership click here. Your rights under these Terms and Conditions will terminate without our notice if you fail to comply with any term of these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, you will stop representing yourself as a registered Member or Client. You must delete or destroy any information or content (including all copies) obtained from our Website. Certain provisions of this Agreement, including, but not limited to, copyrights, indemnity, trademarks, limitation of liability, warranty, and jurisdictional issues will survive the termination of this Agreement.
